Ingredients
Pasta
1/2 cup Gouda Cheese - shredded or cheddar
4 tbs Parmesan Cheese
125 g Ricotta Cheese – or shredded mozzarella cheese
100 g Roquefort Cheese
Salt and Pepper
2 cups Double Cream
Directions
Boil pasta and drain.
For preparing sauce. Cut Roquefort cheese into small cubes put a medium deep pan over medium heat. Stir in cream.
Then add all the 4 cheeses, stir slowly until all cheeses melt for (3 minutes).
Add salt and pepper. Add little salt as the cheeses are already salty.
Put pasta while still hot on a serving platter and pour sauce over it. Mix well with sauce. Serve immediately.
Tip :
You can add grated Parmesan cheese on top for decoration.
